We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support investor portfolios, trust accounts, mutual funds, and managed properties. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid bookkeeping fundamentals, and the ability to meet recurring financial reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books in Quick Books for investor portfolios, trust accounts, mutual funds, and managed properties
  • Record transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure records are current and compliant
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements with supporting working papers
  • Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Prepare annual tax reporting documents (T5s, T3s) and trust fund summaries
  • Support internal and external financial reviews and respond to client inquiries
  • Assist with daily banking and other accounting tasks as required
