We are seeking a Bookkeeper with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage payroll, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries and prepare trial balances
• Reconcile accounts and manage fixed assets
• Prepare tax returns and various financial reports
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education required
• 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with computerized bookkeeping systems
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
