Position: Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Experience
Elevate your career as a Bookkeeper knowledgeable in Quick Books and other accounting software. This role focuses on payroll, financial records, and attention to detail in a supportive work environment.

We are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper with 1 to 2 years of experience to maintain financial records and perform various accounting functions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in using both manual and computerized systems, including MS Excel and Quick Books.

Your role will significantly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately

• Maintain ledgers and prepare financial statements

• Post journal entries to financial records

• Prepare trial balances and reconcile accounts

• Ensure accuracy and organization in bookkeeping processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or related field

• Proficient with accounting software and MS applications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines
