What You’ll Do

Support the financial operations of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting and reconciliations.

This role contributes to the integrity and efficiency of financial processes while supporting collaboration across teams.

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Financial Recordkeeping
  • Reconciliation and monitoring
  • Month end and year end support
  • Compliance and audit support
Must-Haves
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or a related field (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and practical experience may be con
  • Foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in accounting or finance support role
  • Experience with financial data entry, invoice coding and maintaining financial records
  • Experience using accounting software and financial systems
Working with Us

This position is regular full-time working 25 hours/wk.

Position will be based at the Jerry Forbes Centre.

Compensation starts at $21.86/hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications.
