SFIR Consulting Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to champion accounting excellence and client service while working remotely. Your leadership will directly contribute to clients' financial confidence and decision-making.
In the Accounting Manager role, you will be the quality checkpoint for client work and the primary support for your team. You will guide the month-end close process, manage year-end activities, and mentor accounting staff. Your commitment to quality will help build trust with clients and influence long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end and year-end bookkeeping
• Supervise the accounting team and conduct performance reviews
• Enhance accounting processes and workflows for efficiency
• Review compliance filings and ensure accuracy
• Establish clear expectations and development plans for staff
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of accounting leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• Proven ability to assess and improve staff outputs
• Strong skills in accounting software and process cleanup
• Commitment to quality and integrity in client work
