Base pay range

CA $75,000.00/yr - CA $90,000.00/yr

They’re adding a Senior Staff Accountant who wants meaningful work, mentorship, and long‑term stability in a genuinely supportive environment.

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant who:

• Leads and prepares audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Manages file budgets, timelines, and professional standards
• Communicates directly with clients and external stakeholders
• Identifies issues early and proposes practical solutions
• Mentors junior staff and contributes to internal training
• Enjoys a mix of technical assurance work and client‑facing responsibilities

• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong understanding of ASPE (NPO experience an asset)
• Experience with Caseware, Tax Prep (or similar), Sage/Quick Books
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high attention to detail
