Key Responsibilities:

• Check and review employee reimbursement reports thoroughly

• Validate and setup vendors in the accounting system

• Organize and maintain invoice information accurately

• Ensure HST compliance in Concur invoice submissions

• Assist with ad-hoc projects related to financial entries

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting or Finance program

• Available to start in September 2026 for 8 months

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, ERP knowledge beneficial

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
