Our client seeks a reliable Accounting Clerk with expertise in full-cycle accounting. In this position, you will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processes, and banking reconciliations, ensuring accuracy throughout. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining records and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code vendor invoices for payment

• Maintain accurate accounts payable records

• Post and reconcile customer payments

• Assist with payroll data entry and calculations

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping

• 4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to manage tight deadlines during auction periods
