MNP is seeking an Accounts Clerk to enhance our consulting services. This role requires a focus on account reconciliation, invoicing, and client communications. You will also contribute to administrative tasks and support effective workflow across our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and reconcile staff expense reimbursements
• Perform timely invoicing for clients from various accounts
• Monitor aging receivables and communicate with clients
• Ensure accurate entry of accounts payable into systems
• Maintain electronic and paper filing for documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Diploma or degree in accounting or business is an asset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
