Contribute to the transformative Edmonton Valley Line West project with Colas as a Project Accountant. This role focuses on financial reporting, analysis, and supporting construction operations. Colas is seeking a dedicated Project Accountant to join the Edmonton Valley Line West team.

In this key position, you will collaborate with the Finance Manager and the accounting department to ensure timely month-end processes, financial statements, and project analyses. Your expertise will help identify financial discrepancies and drive efficiencies in reporting.

• Provide superior financial support for construction operations
• Manage the accounts payable department effectively
• Conduct GL account reviews and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cost reports
• Assist in the monthly billing process to clients

• CPA qualification or nearing completion
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in JDE software and Excel
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with audits and financial statement reviews
