Position: Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk Role
Join our dedicated team to manage accounts payable and payroll at an established exterior siding contractor. Your attention to detail will ensure precise processing of payments and payroll.

As the Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage invoices, payroll processing, and compliance for the siding operations. This role requires a proactive mindset to handle vendor inquiries, ensure timely approvals, and maintain rigorous financial documentation practices. Your contributions will be integral to the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code and process invoices from vendors and subcontractors

• Verify and manage payroll for hourly and salaried staff

• Monitor AP inbox and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records for payroll and AP

• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in accounts payable

• Construction industry experience is beneficial

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of payroll regulations and construction documents
