As a Property Accountant with Zen Residential, you will be a vital part of our financial operations team, responsible for daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. Collaborating with Property Managers, you'll resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance, while participating in continuous improvement initiatives within a supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for assigned residential properties

• Process timely accounts payable and receivable

• Execute monthly bank reconciliations and ledger tasks

• Prepare insightful financial statements and assist with budgeting

• Maintain property data in Yardi or similar systems

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience with property management software

• Exceptional Excel skills and attention to detail

• Strong collaborative communication skills
