K P Accounting is currently hiring a Bookkeeper to support financial processes in Edmonton, Alberta. This role emphasizes payroll management and account balancing in a full-time capacity.
As a Bookkeeper with 3-5 years of experience, you'll engage in various financial duties including payroll calculation, account maintenance, and report preparation. The position requires on-site work, where your skills with both manual and computerized bookkeeping will be essential for maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle payroll calculations and cheque preparation
• Establish and maintain comprehensive financial records
• Prepare financial statements and trial balances
• Calculate fixed assets and manage depreciation
• Prepare various financial and statistical reports
Requirements:
• Education from College/CEGEP in accounting
• Experience of 3 to less than 5 years in bookkeeping
• Must work at the physical location in Edmonton
