Position: Industrial Accounting Clerk Needed at Graham
Join Graham's Industrial Division as an Accounting Clerk and provide essential transactional support. Focus on accurate time entry and compliance with accounting principles.

In this role as an Accounting Clerk, you will support the Industrial Division under the guidance of the Operations Finance Manager. Your responsibilities include managing various accounting tasks, such as owner billings and collections. Building strong relationships with project teams while ensuring compliance with financial regulations is essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting transactional support and month-end activities

• Manage billing, including owner progress billings

• Support cash application and collections processes

• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations

• Assist project teams with financial reporting and reconciliations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is a must; post-secondary preferred

• 3-5 years of accounting experience necessary

• Strong knowledge of transactional accounting principles

• Experience using ERP systems, particularly SAP

• Effective communication with high attention to detail
