At MNP, we are looking for an Accounts Clerk who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role encompasses account reconciliation, invoicing, and responding to client inquiries. You'll also engage in various administrative functions to help streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile statements from vendors and staff expenses

• Handle invoicing and monitor aging receivables

• Update client accounts payable accurately

• Manage documents and workflow among team members

• Maintain filing systems and assist with inventory control

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in an accounting role

• Preferably have a diploma or degree in accounting or business

• Strong analytical, financial, and mathematical skills

• Trustworthy with attention to detail

• Ability to work under tight deadlines
