This role focuses on providing superior support to the Finance/Accounting team, including oversight of accounts payable and managing monthly billing processes. Your expertise in GL account reviews and cost allocation methods will be vital to the project's financial success. You will drive efficiencies while adhering to safety requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide management of the accounts payable department
• Generate and analyze monthly reporting for accuracy
• Prepare journal entries and accruals for month-end close
• Respond to auditor queries and support audits
• Collaborate on the financial package and ensure delivery
Requirements:
• CPA qualification or nearing completion is essential
• At least 2 years’ accounting experience in construction
• Familiar with JDE software preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Audit exposure and understanding of financial standards
