Accounting Clerk

Position: Accounting Clerk Opportunity

The successful candidate will work within our Accounting Department under the Billing Manager’s guidance. With at least five years of experience in Accounts Receivable, you will manage billing inquiries, ensure payment accuracy, and conduct reconciliations. Your detail-oriented approach will support both internal teams and external clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address a variety of customer inquiries through calls

• Timely processing of accounts receivable payments

• Perform monthly reconciliations and follow-up on overdue payments

• Resolve billing issues efficiently for customers

• Work closely with Underwriters regarding accounts

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; additional education is beneficial

• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable handling calls

• Demonstrated customer service excellence

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
