This hands-on management role will report to the Director of Accounting and emphasizes fleet and equipment cost management. You'll be essential in developing internal equipment rates, managing fuel recoveries, and consolidating forecasts with Operations. The position requires superior collaboration with project managers and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for fleet costs and fuel recoveries

• Develop internal equipment unit costs with Operations

• Support annual budgeting and consolidate department forecasts

• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts

• Uphold internal controls and financial reporting integrity

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 7+ years of progressive financial experience

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
