This vital role within the centralized accounting office requires keen organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. You will be responsible for comprehensive accounts payable processes, including invoice posting, vendor communications, and financial record maintenance. This position directly impacts vendor relationships and financial efficiency, making it key to the dealership's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and monitor invoice submissions and approvals
• Ensure timely posting of invoices in CDK software
• Maintain thorough vendor account and 1099 records
• Manage petty cash records and notify management of discrepancies
• Reconcile advertising expenses aligned with the budget
Requirements:
• Three years of accounts payable experience in an automotive context
• Knowledge of CDK systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Capability to function under pressure in a busy office
• Commitment to timely accuracy in financial reporting
