In this essential role, you will be responsible for timely processing of vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records while fostering strong vendor relationships. Collaborating closely with our Administration and Member Services Manager, you will engage in problem-solving and enhance our financial processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and entering accounts payable transactions correctly

• Managing weekly cheque runs and electronic payments

• Conducting reconciliations and maintaining vendor communication

• Tracking payments across our retail locations

• Supporting finance-related projects and improvements

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma; accounting diploma is a plus

• Relevant experience of 2-5 years in accounts payable

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail in processing confidential information
