Join the team at Consolidated Services as a Bilingual Payroll Coordinator, where you will maintain accurate payroll information, ensuring compliance with legislative and union agreements. Key responsibilities include processing multi-provincial payroll, interpreting government legislation, and managing various payroll-related reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee payroll information for accuracy
• Process payroll for hourly craft employees weekly
• Interpret legislation and collective agreements for compliance
• Reconcile and remit company and union benefit liabilities
• Prepare year-end payroll reports including T4s and Relevé1s
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• Minimum two years of unionized payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory laws
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automated payroll systems preferred
