Junior Billing Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Billing Specialist to join our fast‑growing Billing and Collections team. As a Junior Billing Specialist, you will play an important role supporting daily billing operations, ensuring billing accuracy and data integrity, assisting with invoice preparation and reconciliations, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve billing issues.

• Preparation of monthly fees (collect and analyze data for monthly assessment)
• Monthly invoicing (calculate and send invoices; follow up on accounts receivables)
• Merchant daily correspondence (handle internal and client emails in a timely manner)
• System updating and fee checks
• Database maintenance (ensure that different data types are updated accurately and timely in our database)
• Balance monitoring (keep track of overdraft accounts and notify customers for settlement)

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• University diploma (Finance/Economics degree)
• Fluent in English and Greek
