As the Project Accountant, you will support project teams by providing essential financial services. Your expertise in contract billing, work-in-place reporting, and cash position analysis will be crucial for collaborating with Project Managers. The role will require you to handle various tasks across both office and job site environments, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly progress billings

• Ensure compliance with all billing requirements

• Review and approve budget changes from project managers

• Audit project billings for accuracy and completeness

• Facilitate cost completion review meetings

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• Proficiency in Oracle or similar accounting software

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
