Fleet and Financial Accounting Manager

In this dynamic management role, you will report to the Director of Accounting and work closely with the Operations team. Your main responsibilities will encompass overseeing fleet cost accounting, developing internal rates, and conducting comprehensive financial analysis. Ensuring accurate forecasting and budget alignment will be vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting related to fleet ownership and maintenance
• Develop and support cost analysis with Operations
• Contribute to budgeting processes and consolidate forecasts
• Analyze operational assumptions for improved accuracy
• Uphold financial integrity and compliance
Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong analytical and Excel skills essential
• Experience in asset-intensive industry preferred
