Become an integral part of the financial team as a Controller, overseeing comprehensive accounting operations. Focus on financial reporting, payroll, and guiding stakeholders with effective insights.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this pivotal role requires an experienced professional adept in full-cycle financial analysis and compliance. Successful candidates will have a solid track record in managerial accounting and financial reporting protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate timely full-cycle financial reports and reconciliations
• Manage payroll, year-end reports, and benefits administration
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting support
• Supervise year-end audits and regulatory compliance processes
• Lead the accounting team towards operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or similar
• CPA with over 5 years of leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and ASPE
• Familiarity with accounting systems and payroll processing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and analytics
