Stantec Financial Analyst Role

As part of our Financial Services team, you will play a crucial role in the accounting and financial reporting of Stantec's lease activities. Collaborating with various internal departments, you will maintain accurate data in the CoStar database while adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze lease and sublease agreements for IFRS implications

• Coordinate updates to the CoStar leases database

• Prepare detailed monthly lease payment analyses

• Execute complex journal entries for accurate accounting

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations as needed

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in accounting or equivalent

• At least two years of experience with IFRS 16

• Familiarity with Oracle and CoStar Real Estate Manager preferred

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
