Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes

• Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 7+ years in progressive accounting roles, with 3+ years in senior management

• Experience in construction accounting and job costing principles

• Proficiency with Spectrum and Procore systems

• Strong leadership and communication skills
