Private Equity Fund Accountant

As a Fund Accountant reporting to the CFO, you will oversee fund accounting and related financial tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of financial processes and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic setting. Collaboration with a third-party administrator is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts and input financial transactions

• Prepare and review quarterly payroll functions

• Develop monthly and annual financial reports

• Generate cash flow forecasts and monitor fund reserves

• Facilitate audit processes and tax compliance tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance expected

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) status preferred

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
