Join the Carmacks team as an Accounts Receivable Technician in Nisku, where you will manage financial operations and enhance your accounting skills. Focus on payments, account reconciliations, and providing excellent service.
In this role, you will report directly to the Financial Controller, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable. You'll be responsible for using SAP and Excel to document collection efforts, resolve discrepancies, and perform reconciliations. Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize SAP for customer account tracking and documentation
• Effectively research and resolve accounting issues
• Review and analyze customer accounts accurately
• Process payments and daily deposits efficiently
• Generate detailed reports in Excel
Requirements:
• One year of related experience needed
• Basic understanding of accounting procedures
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Familiarity with SAP in a construction setting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
