Join EPCOR as the Associate Director, Commercial Services Finance in Edmonton, AB. This pivotal role combines strategic financial oversight with leadership of a high-performance finance team in a hybrid work model.

In this full-time position, you will report directly to the Sr. Director and Controller. With over 15 years of accounting experience and a Professional Accounting Designation (CPA), you will guide financial reporting, compliance, and decision-making for U.S.

-based operations. You will play an integral part in budgeting, performance metrics, risk management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting and compliance across U.S. operations

• Develop and implement strategic budget requirements

• Oversee accurate financial reporting and analysis

• Maintain high-quality internal controls under CSOX

• Provide operational financial support and analysis

Requirements:

• Professional Accounting Designation (CPA)

• 15+ years in progressively responsible accounting roles

• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS

• Strong proficiency in Corporate Financial Systems

• Ability to travel between Canada and Texas
