Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting for residential properties

• Process accurate accounts payable and receivable

• Execute monthly bank reconciliations effectively

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements

• Maintain financial data in Yardi or similar software

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of property accounting experience

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Experience with Yardi or property management software

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
