MNP is on the lookout for an Audit Manager to bolster our Assurance & Accounting team. This role provides the opportunity to lead audit and compliance engagements while delivering high-quality financial insights to clients. You’ll manage client interactions, anticipate business challenges, and drive team performance. With a strong emphasis on mentorship, you will foster the professional growth of your team while ensuring that client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive audits and compliance engagements

• Deliver technical knowledge through reports and presentations

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and develop relationships

• Oversee financial aspects of engagements, from planning to billing

• Mentor and develop team capabilities through feedback

Requirements:

• CPA designation essential

• 4-6 years’ experience in public accounting required

• Strong understanding of accounting and management principles

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and lead teams

• Must be flexible with travel
