Take charge as an Accounting Manager, leading critical accounting operations and enhancing financial reporting accuracy within the organization. This leadership role is essential in supporting the Financial Controller.

We are looking for an Accounting Manager with robust technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills to manage key accounting processes. You will guide a team while ensuring accurate financial documentation and reporting practices. Your involvement in financial planning will significantly impact the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations efficiently

• Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes

• Review and prepare comprehensive financial statements

• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow initiatives

Requirements:

• 7+ years of advanced accounting experience

• 3+ years in a leadership capacity

• Strong experience with full-cycle accounting

• CPA designation preferred or equivalent experience

• Experience in project-based or construction industries preferred
