Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy in general ledgers for diverse units
• Conduct detailed reviews of journal entries
• Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Manage GST return preparation and filings
• Assist in budgeting and performance analysis
Requirements:
• Over five years of accounting experience needed
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle accounting
• Experience with property management accounting required
• Proficiency in Excel and Yardi Voyager
• CPA designation considered a strong asset
