Administration Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all payroll and billing activities for the region

• Serve as primary contact for inquiries related to payroll

• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve corporate targets

• Prepare and obtain approvals for all payables

• Generate reports and ensure timely submissions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in payroll and billing processing

• Experience with accounts payable/receivables

• Detail oriented, adaptable, and tech-savvy

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Local to Edmonton
