Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing inbox, responding to inquiries quickly

• Coordinate customer billing setup to meet requirements

• Submit invoices on time through customer portals

• Apply payments and reconcile accounts accurately

• Provide updates on high-priority accounts to leadership

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or related role

• Experience with Net Suite or Salesforce preferred

• Advanced Excel skills required
