Manage invoicing and collections as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta, with fully onsite work and advanced Excel responsibilities.
This contract position supports billing, collections, cash application, and customer account management. You will process high invoice volumes, reconcile accounts, monitor receivables, and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. Large ERP experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices
- Process 200 to 300 or more monthly invoices
- Follow up on outstanding balances by phone and email
- Apply payments, including EFTs, cheques, and wire transfers
- Investigate discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts
- Two or more years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with invoicing and collections processes
- Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
