Senior Accounts Receivable Manager

Lead accounts receivable operations at Dulcedo through accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations in a hands-on senior position. Guide AR clerks while keeping payments moving and records reliable.

As Senior Accounts Receivable Technician, you run daily AR activities for Dulcedo, a multidisciplinary talent management group. You oversee invoicing, cash application, ledger reconciliation, collections, and billing disputes. You also coordinate priorities, review work, develop team skills, and provide reporting Finance leadership relies on. The function supports campaigns, bookings, and brand partnerships across Dulcedo’s client base.

• Lead daily accounts receivable operations and prioritize team workloads
• Oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
• Manage aging reports, collection calendars, and outstanding balances
• Resolve billing disputes professionally with client finance contacts
• Improve processes through credit procedures, automation, and Net Suite

• Six or more years in accounts receivable, collections, or accounting operations
• Accounting, finance, or related diploma or degree
• Hands-on command of the full accounts receivable cycle
• ERP fluency; hands-on Net Suite experience is a strong asset
• Knowledge of DSO, aging, CEI, bad debt, and Excel reporting
