Apply advanced Excel and fund accounting expertise as a fully remote Associate supporting private equity and venture capital engagements at Securitize.
Securitize seeks a professional with financial markets and fund accounting foundations. The Associate will support approximately 10-20 client engagements involving private investments and cryptocurrency assets. This position focuses on the fund accounting lifecycle, accurate client deliverables, and professional daily communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accounting data for approximately 10-20 client engagements
- Reconcile portfolio and cash activity to source data
- Accrue fund expenses according to GAAP
- Prepare quarterly net asset value reporting
- Draft financial statements and coordinate year-end audits
- Three-plus years in fund or public accounting
- Experience with closed-end private investment funds
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Practical cryptocurrency asset experience
