Advanced Excel and reconciliation skills define this Intermediate Financial Analyst role for a consulting client seeking experienced finance support.
The position requires university graduation in accounting or a related field, plus three years of progressively responsible financial experience. You will prepare financial reports, review travel authorizations and expense claims, and support accurate disclosures. Strong accounting knowledge supports the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Review travel authorizations before Senior Financial Officer submission
- Prepare recurring, disclosure, and ad hoc financial reports
- Conduct analytical reviews and confirm report accuracy
- Review out-of-province expense claims against policy requirements
- Update EO lists, quizzes, and Criminal Record Check information
- University graduation in accounting or related field
- Three years of progressively responsible financial experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Three years preparing reconciliations and financial reports
- Good accounting knowledge and consulting industry experience
