CEDA is looking for a full time Training Coordinator to join our team out of our Edmonton location. This role is responsible for supporting our workforce by delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating and scheduling a variety of training requirements and maintaining accurate, compliant data within our learning system. You’ll play a key role in ensuring employees and operations teams receive timely training support, while handling a high volume of request during our peak seasons.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain training data in the Learning Management System, master spreadsheets, and centralized inbox, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Provide responsive, on demand support to Operations team and employees by coordinating Orientations, HSE Training, Energy Safety Canada courses, and other required training
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Generate, validate and distribute training compliance reports to ensure alignment with company, client and regulatory requirements
- Support broader administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications:
- 1-3 years of previous administration or coordinator experience
- Prior experience working with various software systems and databases is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including the ability to create and format documents and develop and update spreadsheets using formulas
- Flexibility is required for occasional work outside the regular schedule during peak periods, as well as occasional travel as needed
- Valid Class 5 Drivers licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required

- You have exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, adapt messages for different audiences, and build positive, collaborative relationships
- You consider yourself computer savvy and have no issues learning new systems
