Receptionist, Administrative/Clerical
Staffmax is helping our client hire a professional and friendly Receptionist for a 3-month contract. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping visitors' and clients’ first impressions and providing essential support to the office.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
· Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean and professional
· Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as necessary
· Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules as needed
· Provide administrative support such as data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a reception or front-desk role
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephone systems
· Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
· Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently
