Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff
• Manage Business Shared Accounts and mail deliveries
• Maintain accurate tracking logs for community claims
• Input bulk material data using SAP
• Compile meeting minutes and manage records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with office practices focus
• At least two years in an administrative role
• Proficient in office software and data entry
• Experience with SAP and Google tools
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
