Join Challenger Geomatics in Sherwood Park, Alberta, as an Invoicing Administrator. This permanent, in-office position is essential for managing invoices and supporting project teams.
As an integral member of Challenger Geomatics, this role involves handling client invoicing while ensuring accuracy aligned with contractual obligations. You will work closely with Project Managers to draft invoices, monitor Accounts Receivable, and generate reports for management review. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finalize client invoices under tight deadlines
• Enter data into external client billing systems accurately
• Maintain organized physical and digital records consistently
• Lead collections of Accounts Receivable with clients
• Provide reception support in Sherwood Park as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management
• Previous experience in invoicing or LEM creation preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks systematically
• Strong attention to detail in all administrative duties
