This role requires 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. You will handle customer invoices, manage purchase orders, and track payroll hours, ensuring operations run efficiently within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and dispatch monthly customer invoices
• Follow up on pending payments and maintain accurate records
• Handle cash receipts, deposits, and payment entries
• Coordinate purchase orders and vendor interactions
• Input payroll hours into UKG and maintain relevant reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable crucial
• Strong organizational skills and data entry capability required
• Basic accounting knowledge and ERP system proficiency beneficial
• Must have legal entitlement to work in Canada
