As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing invoicing, purchase orders, and administrative support tasks. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and strong organizational skills, contributing to our mission of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send customer invoices and monthly statements

• Manage and follow up on overdue accounts

• Process cash receipts and payment postings accurately

• Handle purchase orders and vendor communications

• Provide general administrative support and coordinate office tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Accounting preferred

• 2–3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong data entry and organizational abilities

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
