Become a critical part of VM IMMIGRATION SERVICES as a full-time Receptionist based in Edmonton, AB. This position focuses on administrative tasks and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
In this Receptionist role, you will be the first point of contact for clients at our office. Ideal candidates should have good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. Your responsibilities will span greeting clients, managing office supplies, and performing essential clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and direct clients to service areas
• Provide essential information to clients and public
• Maintain and order necessary office supplies
• Handle phone calls and relay messages
• Execute clerical and data entry tasks accurately
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English
• Secondary school graduation certificate is required
• At least 7 months of related experience needed
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic bookkeeping skills necessary
