You will be part of a dedicated team until May 30, 2027, tasked with managing police information check applications. The role demands strong organizational skills, cash handling, and the ability to assist applicants through various touchpoints. Your contributions will be essential in delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate processing of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process police information check applications and certificates
• Handle customer requests via phone and in person
• Collect relevant fees and manage service payments
• Distribute mail and carry out office duties effectively
• Assist with civil fingerprinting and alarm permits
Requirements:
• Completion of 12th grade in business-related education
• Two years of word processing experience required
• At least one year of cash handling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Utilize your administrative and customer service skills to excel at the Edmonton Police Service.
