Location: Wabasca-Desmarais
Take on the role of Receptionist at BHC in Wabasca, Alberta, with a full-time schedule. This position involves client greeting, office organization, and call management.
As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors while also handling administrative responsibilities in a busy office. You will need a proactive attitude to greet clients and manage various office tasks while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and effectively communicate with visitors and clients
• Conduct general office duties, including filing and reporting
• Manage incoming calls and relay messages professionally
• Organize and notify clients about their appointments
• Oversee and record mail correspondence
Requirements:
• Office Administration Certificate or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of two years' office experience
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Team player with minimal supervision capability
• Knowledge of Indigenous language and culture is an asset
