This position plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Director and branch staff through effective administrative coordination. With a commitment to accuracy and timely task delivery, you will manage budgets, human resources, and correspondence. Your ability to handle competing priorities while maintaining detail-oriented work will be essential to team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain administrative processes, forms, and documentation
• Review submissions for accuracy and legislative compliance
• Provide training on administrative systems and requirements
• Monitor and reconcile branch budgets and financial reports
• Support human resources including onboarding and transfers
Requirements:
• High school diploma and three years of administrative experience
• Knowledge of governmental administrative policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
• Experience in collaborating with executive-level offices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
